VOLUNTAINER
To promote sports volunteering activities, such as in the Tokyo Marathon that serves as a large-scale international competition as well as to develop volunteering culture, the Tokyo Marathon Foundation official volunteer club "VOLUNTAINER" aims to provide opportunities through where anyone in any place can take part and give support with "pride" and to foster sports volunteers.

Meaning of VOLUNTAINER
"VOLUNTAINER" is a combination of the two words "volunteer" and "entertainer". We believe that volunteers and entertainers share a similar belief when it comes to their connection with the people. We hope for our volunteers to enjoy in their participation while delighting the marathon participants and spectators with their hospitality.
"a VOLUNTEER is an ENTERNAINER" is our slogan to express that volunteers exist to excite the event.
